Description: Translated as “eight trigram palm”, Liang style baguazhang is a traditional Chinese internal martial art that is based on the practice of circle walking in coordination with smooth coiling and uncoiling whole body movements.  These ninety-minute classes consist of dynamic joint mobilization exercises, linear and circular solo forms, partner practice, and posture holding forms.  Baghuazhang builds greater flexibility and balance used in the practice of other internal martial arts.  Participation requires NATSTA membership (natsta.org).
