Location
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, all classes are currently offered online with the exception of the in-person outdoor Taiji class. We hope to move more classes outdoors as the situation allows and with participant health and safety as a priority. All in-person outdoor classes follow recommended social distancing and group size guidelines.
Blue Heron Healing Arts is located at 785 Acorn Drive, Suite 102, Harrisonburg, VA 22802. All classes are held at this location unless otherwise indicated on the calendar details.
What to Wear
Clothing should allow freedom of movement and be free from any metal fasteners. Fingernails and toenails should be cut short. If hair is long enough, it should be tied back during practice. Please remove any jewelry or accessories before practice.
Children enrolled in the Kids Class are required to purchase a plain black gi through the instructor.
